NACOS Marine Appoints Thomas Laub as Chief Financial Officer

NACOS Marine, a leading provider of marine monitoring andcontrol systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Laub as ChiefFinancial Officer, based in Hørsholm, Denmark.
Thomas Laub is an experienced international finance leaderwith more than 25 years of experience across global industrial and healthcarecompanies. He joins NACOS Marine from Trelleborg Group, a world leader inengineered polymer solutions, where he served as Senior Finance Director withglobal responsibility for finance and controlling across a business unit with aturnover exceeding EUR 400 million.
Throughout his career, Thomas has held senior financeleadership roles of increasing responsibility at organisations includingNovonesis (formerly Novozymes), Coloplast, and HOFOR, with internationalassignments spanning Europe and Asia. He brings proven expertise across thefull spectrum of finance disciplines: from accounting, financial reporting, taxand treasury to strategic areas including mergers and acquisitions, businesspartnering and large-scale transformation programmes.
Thomas holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from CranfieldUniversity (UK), a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from CopenhagenBusiness School, and a BSc in Manufacturing and Management from the TechnicalUniversity of Denmark.

In his new role, Thomas will work closely with the executiveleadership team and the company’s international finance organisation tostrengthen financial governance, enhance business insight and support NACOSMarine’s strategic ambitions. On his priorities, he adds:
